IEPE是指一种自带电量放大器或电压放大器的加速度传感器。IEPE是压电集成电路的缩写。因为由加速度传感器产生的电量是很小的，因此传感器产生的电信号很容易受到噪声干扰，需要用灵敏的电子器件对其进行放大和信号调理。IEPE中集成了灵敏的电子器件使其尽量靠近传感器以保证更好的抗噪声性并更容易封装。
美国Dytran的3166B是一款低噪IEPE加速度传感器/振动传感器，自带通螺纹口和2针MIL-C-5015接头。
The Dytran 3166B is a low noise IEPE piezoelectric accelerometer, featuring a 1/4-28 thru hole mount and radial 2-pin MIL-C-5015 connector. This configuration allows the sensor to be turned 360° prior to securing for ease of sensor installation.
Available with a sensitivity of 100 mV/g, design of the model 3166B incorporates a ceramic shear sensing element packaged in a highly rugged stainless steel housing. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments and are internally case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
The model 3166B is directly compatible with the Dytran model 6194 Immersion Proof sealing boot (sold separately). When used together, the sensor remains fully functional in an IP65 environment.
